If you cancel your subscription your stories and photos will be safe. You just won’t be able to edit your stories. To edit your stories you must renew your subscription in the my account section of our website. Please note your published stories will still also be visible under on your live author page.
If you wish to fully delete your account, you first would need to cancel your subscription via the my account section on our website. Once you have canceled your subscription, you can then contact us via the support form to fully close and delete your account.
You can edit or delete all stories via your account dashboard.
You’re free to publish an unlimited number of stories on our platform; there’s no cap to your creativity here!
All image & photo content must be your own and you own the right to use them images. Images copied from other websites or from a search engine is not allowed. Content that is not yours will be deleted from our platform.
Your profile can only be viewed by anyone who has your sharable link. Your profile can also be set to closed, open, or password protected.
Closed: This setting ensures complete privacy. Even with a direct link, no one can access your profile. This might be ideal if you’ve found inconsistencies in your stories and wish to revise them, or if you’re planning to share the link with your family and want to control when they see it.
Open: With this option, your profile is accessible to anyone who has the direct link.
Password Protected: Even if someone possesses the link, they’ll need the specified password to view the contents of your profile. This provides an added layer of security and control.
Inside your dashboard, you can set a profile password so only your trusted friends or family can visit your profile. Make sure this is different to your account password. Never give your account password to anyone.
To cancel your subscription, simply log into your account, visit your account page(not the dashboard page), select ‘Subscriptions’ and choose ‘Cancel Subscription’. Rest assured, you’ll retain full access to your membership benefits until the end of the current billing cycle. Should you wish to return, you can reactivate your subscription at any point to continue enjoying the offerings of Missju.”
